To apply a new waterproofing membrane on top of an old bitumen waterproofing membrane, the surface of the old membrane should be thoroughly cleaned and prepared. Any loose debris, dirt, or old adhesive should be removed to ensure proper adhesion of the new membrane. Once the surface is clean, a primer should be applied to promote adhesion between the old and new membranes. Finally, the new waterproofing membrane can be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring that it is properly sealed and bonded to the old membrane to provide effective waterproofing. **

Yes, the location is GPS. GPS, or Global Positioning System, is a satellite-based navigation system that provides location and time information anywhere on or near the Earth where there is an unobstructed line of sight to four or more GPS satellites. This allows for accurate and precise location tracking and mapping. **

GPS, or Global Positioning System, works by using a network of satellites orbiting the Earth to determine the exact location of a GPS receiver. The satellites continuously transmit signals that are picked up by the GPS receiver. By calculating the time it takes for the signals to reach the receiver from multiple satellites, the GPS receiver can triangulate its exact position on the Earth's surface. This information is then used to provide accurate location data, such as latitude and longitude, to the user. **

GPS can be very accurate, with modern GPS devices able to pinpoint locations within a few meters. However, the accuracy of GPS can be affected by factors such as signal interference, atmospheric conditions, and the quality of the GPS receiver. In urban areas with tall buildings or dense tree cover, GPS accuracy may be reduced. Overall, while GPS is generally very accurate, it is important to consider potential factors that may affect its precision in specific situations. **

It is recommended to wait at least 28 days before laying waterproofing membranes on a fresh concrete floor. This waiting period allows the concrete to fully cure and reach its maximum strength, ensuring a strong bond between the membrane and the concrete surface. Failing to wait the appropriate amount of time can result in poor adhesion and potential failure of the waterproofing system. **

Fresh cake typically stays fresh for 2-3 days if stored properly at room temperature in an airtight container. However, certain types of cakes with perishable fillings or frostings may need to be refrigerated and will stay fresh for 3-4 days. To extend the freshness of a cake, you can also freeze it for up to 2-3 months. **

Some people who find Halloween unnecessary are those who do not celebrate it for religious or cultural reasons. Others may feel that it promotes excessive consumerism or encourages children to engage in unhealthy behaviors like consuming too much candy.
